We were in the market for a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning company that would be responsive and thorough while servicing our numerous vacation rentals. After a trial period with many different local companies large and small we landed on Complete Clean. It took just one job to notice a definite difference in the quality of results they were able to give us. The owner was professional, courteous and flexible enough to be able to give us the service that we required in such a fast paced industry. They were able to schedule the cleans we needed in the window that we had available and still do what was necessary to make our customers happy and feel like they had really gotten their money’s worth. A lot of the companies we had used in the past had tried to schedule the jobs and either could not make it in the time frame we had requested, had poor results with wet carpets or the stains remained after the clean took place. On the rare occasion that a stain reappeared after Complete Clean finished a job they were fair and would have them retreated at no extra expense to our owners, which is a huge bonus. Most companies do not want to stand behind their work, I found Complete Clean to be a cut above in that aspect. Needless to say we are currently still using Complete Clean for all of our units, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch carpet cleaner in our area.
